We’re excited to announce the fantastic cast for After Miss Julie…
- Miss Julie will be played by Natalie Dormer, leading actress in HBO’s Game of Thrones and BBC dramas The Tudors and Silk. She returns to the Young Vic following her acclaimed performance in Luc Bondy’s production of Sweet Nothings. She recently played the Queen Mother in Madonna’s debut film W.E. Other films include Captain America: The First Avenger, City of Life and Casanova.
- John, the object of Miss Julie’s affections, will be played by Kieran Bew, who recently won plaudits for his role in the acclaimed Reasons to be Pretty (Almeida). He’s also been in Almeida’s The Knot of the Heart and Trevor Nunn’s production of Richard II at the Old Vic). Films he’s been in includes Green Street, Alien vs Predator, King Lear and recent British indie film 1-2-3-4.
- Christine will be played by Polly Frame, who performed in National Theatre’s Earthquakes in London, Macbeth (West End and Broadway). She’s also starred in many films and TV shows.
